The off the shoulder look is so on trend this summer and I am taking full advantage of the look. Unfortunately, this top is sold out at Ann Taylor but there are so many off the shoulder tops everywhere.

I love that this look can work for so many different events. With a lighter wash Jean, the look can be perfect for brunch or shopping on the weekend. But with a darker pair of jeans its perfect for a dinner out with friends.

These jeans are my absolute favorite jeans I love the fit of them and how soft and comfortable they are. I like the look of the rips but I also like how it is not over done. I know I have shown these flats in so many other blog posts but they are honestly my favorite flat ever they are so comfortable I seriously live in them. 

Catty Mondays

Chatty....

I would like to start to make a few posts that are more on a personal side so I have decided that I am 

going to start a series on my blog called chatty Monday's and either every other or once a month

 I'll do a chatty Monday blog post. I'll talk about goals and what I've been up to and things I would 

like to accomplish in the future. 

The lake...

    This past week I went up to the lake for the night to spend some quality family time. 

It was nice to have the day off from my internship, we spent the day on the beach by the lake and 

later on that day we went for a boat ride and had dinner in the village. After dinner we all piled back i

n to the boat and anchored in at our favorite bay and went swimming for a little while. It was gorgeous 

out and a day well spent. My brothers girlfriend came up from where she is from and spent a couple 

nights with us which was so nice because we really missed her! It was one of those day that was relaxing 

and you wanted to do it all over again. 

The ballet...

   On Friday I got out of work an hour early and my mom, my sister, and I all attended a ballet at our

 local outside performance arena. It was something I had never been to but it was so much fun and very 

entertaining. 

YouTube...

    For as long as I can remember I have wanted to start a YouTube channel. I'm pretty much obsessed 

with watching anything on YouTube and I give a lot of credit to the people who do YouTube it's a lot of 

work. So many people put in so much time and dedication to their videos. I think it's something that I 

have to talk myself in to doing and just take the plunge and do it. I don't want it to be one of those what 

if moments where I constantly think about it and never do it. I just have to find the courage to do it. 

Drapey Shorts

It has been crazy at work which is the explaination as to why I have been missing so much. 

But being in work clothes all week for hours and hours is fun to a point,

So I am very excited to have this outfit to look forward to this weekend. 

These shorts are so loose which makes them sooo comfortable. I love casual but

cute outfits to wear on the weekends and this one is at the top of my list.

Works been really tough this week, the interns have been staying till almost 7 

every night which doesn't seem late but it's been pretty tiring because there is so

June Favorites

Lip mask: I recently saw a lip mask on Facebook where the gel mask plumped your lips, so I went

searching at Sephora, but unfortunately didn't find a plumping one, but I did find these which left my lips so smooth and moisturized and it's only 3$.

Fitbit Alta: Kyle bought me the Fitbit Alta for my birthday and I'm in love, I want to do a whole blog post review, so more to come on the Alta later.

The Wednesday Letters: is a nice and easy summer read. I really loved it. It's a romance novel with a bit of a twist. The perfect beach read.

Bathing suit: This summer the high neck bathing suit look is really in style. This bathing suit from Target is adorable, I love the cross in the back and the mini corset.

Sand tropes: this is my summer color it reminds me of the sand on the beach, it's a pretty neutral color and goes with any outfit.

Mini coloring book: sometimes work can be really slow so I've been loving this mini coloring book to fill in some time it's the perfect size for my work bag and my purse.

Hey honey moisturizer: I just received this moisturizer in my ipsy box and I'm quite impressed. It doesn't leave my skin oily and it's very light weight.

Long champ: My large long champ has become my go to work bag and it's the perfect size to fit all of my work day essentials and my lunch box.

Two dots: This has been my favorite app for a long time now, this game is really entertaining, I'm up to level 249 so you could maybe say I'm addicted.

Australian gold: my skin is super sensitive to different creams and sunscreens, so this is one sunscreen that works really well for me and it doesn't cause me to break out which is always a good thing.

Casual Wedding Attire

This past weekend kyle and I had a wedding to attended in the country side on a farm. It was the cutest little venue with only a few guests in attendance and very casual. The bride and groom got married with crop field as the background on a sunny Saturday afternoon. The event was so nice, but I was slightly freaking out about what to wear. I went through so many decision but finally ended up deciding on this Lilly dress, and I am so glad that I did because it was perfect for the evening.

I have two Lilly dresses in this style and they're my favorite because of how nicely they fit any body type. I usually have to get mine hemmed but that's the easiest thing to fix. I also love how these dress can be casual but also dressed up for any event!
