Where we stayed:
We stayed at the Hampton Inn at Manchester which is fairly new and so clean. We stayed two nights this time which was new this year because we usually only stay one night. But even the Hampton Inn is beautiful.
- We have also stayed at the Taconic hotel which is gorgeous, you can read about our first experience in Manchester here.
Where we ate:
season Restuarant: The first day we were there we ate lunch at the season's restaurant which has the most delicious sandwiches and a great gluten-free bread for mom. I had the Vermonter which was ham, sharp cheddar cheese, apple and fig jam, on a raisin bread with a side of potato salad and my mouth is watering looking at the picture.

The Falcon Bar: On the first night we went to the Equinox hotel and had a cheese platter and a chocolate tasting for dinner. The cheese plate was delicious but if I am going, to be honest, the chocolate was not worth the price and they all tasted about the same.
Union Underground: This is a brand new restaurant in Manchester that we tried for the first time for lunch on the second day. Luckily we went on the first Sunday they were open because they were trying it out for the first time that weekend. This restaurant is literally underground, you walk down a bunch of stairs and there is a low ceiling and pool tables which sets such a cool vibe. I had the Chicken Dance which was like gyro style and delicious. They also have a sangria which was amazing.
The Ravens Den: The second night we ate at the Ravens Den which is just a little bit out of town but worth it! I had a delicious chicken piccata with the delicious rice and veggies on the side. The Ravens Den also has a dessert that is a warm glazed doughnut from a local bakery with a caramel ice cream which may be the best dessert I've ever had.
What we did:
On Sunday we spent the entire day shopping, as you can see I did especially well in J.Crew factory. I also got a start on my Christmas shopping and got a couple of gifts for myself! Confession: we went to J.Crew three times in the three days we were in Vermont (we all have a problem).
This year was another amazing trip, we tried two new restaurants and had an endless amount of laughs. I'm already excited to go back next year.
Looks like you had a blast! Love the outfit with the cute booties!!
