Okay confession; i've really never been one for the faux fur vest look, but I was a reindeer for halloween and my group of friends and I got these fur vests to wear. These fur vests are so in this season, and they do make a really cute fall outfit!

Today was a kick back casual kind of day in this over sized flannel from old Navy. Mondays are made for comfy outfits and getting your life together for the rest of the week. And to feel more professional I paired it with these cute ankle boots from forever 21.

L.L Bean: jacket

In honor of Halloween being this weekend, the family and Kyle and I went to the pumpkin patch to pick up some pumpkins to carve! With how crazy life has been it was nice to go on a little road trip and relax in Saratoga. Later that night we went to our favorite Mexican restaurant and had a little birthday celebration for my brother.

It's safe to say that sweaters are my go to outfits. I especially love sweaters that are different than other ones, so this one caught my eye right away. I love the color block pattern and the zippers in the front. A sweater, jeans, and boots is the perfect fall outfit.

This week has been cold and rainy, so I have made this jacket my go to piece. When I say i'm obsessed with this jacket, i'm not lying. I probably wear this everyday, because of how light it is and because it just screams fall to me. 

Another obsession i have for this fall is bean boots. Who doesn't love a pair of L.L Bean boots, and these boot socks with them are the perfect pair. The ones I have are the women's 6" bean boot. I like the shorter ones because they look better for my height.

I got this dress at the outlets a few weeks ago, but i've been waiting for my mom to hem it for me. Which she finally did and i'm so thankful for because I love this dress on even more than I did on the hanger. This dress is so soft and comfortable, and its perfect for the fall months.

I'm always looking for cute fall - winter dresses that can transition from fall to winter. I think that this one is the perfect dress to match along with boots or even a blanket scarf.

I have been totally missing in action this past week for a couple reasons half is due to school work, and the other half is due to my clumsiness. Last week I tripped down the stairs and twisted my ankle. So I've been taking things slow and resting, but I'm back and so excited about today's outfit.

I have been wanting a J crew vest for the longest time, so now that I have one I'm planning on taking full advantage and wearing it whenever I can. The thing I love the most about this vest is how it can pull off the comfy look with leggings and a flannel, or a casual look like this one with light colored pants and my favorite target nude flats.
