Casual Thanksgiving Day Outfit

Outfit: Sweater: Bow-neck sweater | pants: Olive green similar Flats: Scalloped Flats and Similar

I recently got this sweater while in Vermont at the amazing J.Crew Factory store. I love the little touch of the bow, when I fight picked up this sweater I thought the bow belonged in the back but when I tried it on I realized it went in the front. I was thrown off at first but the more I thought about it the more it grew on me.

I can't believe Thanksgiving is next week, this fall season is going by so quickly I can't believe it. Next week my family is going to be headed to my dad's mothers house for dinner and then my aunt's house for dessert, I love seeing my whole family on the holidays it's so hard to get all together these days cause everyone is so busy. And then we go black Friday shopping!!

My family is lucky enough to have two Thanksgiving meals, on Friday my whole family will head up north to my mom's mothers house for another round of dinner and dessert. I remember when we were little and we would go to my mom's mom's house we would yell at the TV to Santa in the parade what we wanted for Christmas.

Sweater Weather!

Outfit: Rosegal: Sweater | Nordstrom: Jeans (similar) | Gap: Shoes (similar) |  Kendra Scott: bracelet
| Target: Sunglasses (similar)

I am so ready for fall weather so I can wear sweaters all the time.  This entire past week and week coming up has been hotter in New York than it has all summer. But this sweater from Rosegal is giving me all of the fall vibes and I am loving it. This sweater is one size and it comes in five other colors. Rosegal has a ton of black oversized sweaters. They also have a ton of other cute sweaters like these cold shoulder sweaters and such cute booties!

This upcoming week is going to be so long and I'm already looking forward to the weekend. Happy Monday!

Adding to My Scalloped Obsession

Scalloped tank: Jcrew | Navy Shorts: Old Navy | Necklace: Kendra Scott (Rocksbox) | Earrings: Kendra Scott (Rocksbox) Sandals: Jack Rogers
I am living in these scalloped tanks from Jcrew this summer. They are literally the perfect top because they are so light and comfortable. It is also a plus that they come in so many different colors. I love this bubble gum pink to brighten up the outfit and take me away from my usual navy and gray that I love so much.

I am so excited to talk about my jewelry in today's post. This jewelry is actually rented from a company called rocks box. Rocks Box is a monthly subscription box that comes with three pieces of jewelry that you can keep for as long as you want. I plan on coming out with a post that talks more about the box because I love it so much!

Scalloped Everything

Here's to the start of the holiday weekend. I'm planning on having a very chill weekend with some family and friends because as soon as the week starts off I am going to be starting my summer job. I'm really excited but also a little nervous for this new adventure. To kick off the weekend I thought I would show off a 4th of July inspired outfit that is filled with scallops and I wouldn't want it any other way.

Jcrew: Scallop shorts (similar) | Jcrew: scalloped tank | Target: Sandals | Sugarfix by baublebar: earrings
Yesterday I went to a little place located in upstate New York called grapevine farms and we had the most delicious lunch and browsed all the little gifts throughout their huge gift shop. It was such a fun way to kick off the summer.

I wore this scalloped look which was perfect for the occasion. These scalloped shorts fit so well and are so comfortable I want them in every color possible. I also love this top because it can be worn to a night out with friends or to a lunch like it was used for yesterday. And of course, I am back with another pair of my favorite sugarfix earrings (saying i'm obsessed is an understatement).

Have a fun holiday weekend!
